About listmonk
listmonk is a free and open-source mailing-list manager published under the AGPLv3 licence and developed by Kailash Nadh since 2018. It ships as a single binary for Linux, Windows, macOS and FreeBSD, with Docker images, and stores everything in PostgreSQL. Subscribers are queried and segmented with SQL expressions, campaigns are templated, and transactional mail has its own API. There is no licence fee; the cost is the server and whatever sending route you connect.
